Payments- All payments are due upon recipt , if a payment is not received or payment method is decline, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped
if your in the area want to pick it up and pay in cash, please let me know
Shipping Policies- Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping the total cost of the item, including shipping will be refunded to the buyer by the seller, shipping costs may double if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping , seller will not be held responsible
Return Policy- If your not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer a refund on the cost of the item purchased or exchanged on any item within 15 days of your recipt of your purchase, please email me at [email protected] to let me know ifyou would like to request a return or exchange. I am sorry but there is no refund on shipping and handling charges
Please use a padded envelope or box to make your return or box to make your return or use a method such as ups or fed ex to have a record of your return. I am not responsible for the lost or damaged items during shipping.
For Exchange- Where you have ordered an incorrect size/length, I may require you to pay for the shipping cost
Repairs- If you receive a damaged product, please let me know within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a no charge repair
Crediting your return- I will credit your acct on the card you used for purchased, once the return is received, please allow 10-14 business days for the credit to be credited, Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement, there is no credit on shipping/handling charges on returned merchandise
